Stefon Diggs Trade Rumors; Potential NFL Destinations for Diggs
Fact Checked by Pat McLoone

There aren’t many NFL wide receivers who have made more of an impact on the game over the last decade than Buffalo Bills veteran Stefon Diggs, who secured his sixth consecutive 1,000-yard season with the Buffalo Bills in 2023.

The ninth-year receiver out of Maryland alum has amassed 9,995 receiving yards in 136 NFL games with the Bills and Minnesota Vikings, who drafted Diggs in the fifth round in 2015.

Diggs now finds himself possibly on the verge of being moved during the NFL offseason, as Diggs’ contract has a potential out clause. Diggs will be 31 in November, but will he be with Buffalo or another NFL team?

Even though the Bills’ season ended in disappointment for the team, their fans and backers in New York sports betting, it might seem strange to consider that the Bills would move their All-Pro wideout. But Buffalo might do just that this offseason to cut back on salary and clear some much-needed cap space.

With that in mind, EmpireStakes.com – your source for NY sportsbook promos - broke down hypothetical odds on where Diggs will suit up next. Several NFL teams likely would jump at the chance to land a receiver who has exceeded 1,000 yards each year since 2018.

Where Will Diggs Play Next?

While the Bills are still the leader in the Diggs sweepstakes (at -140), there are plenty  potential suitors for a receiver of Diggs’ caliber, with a pair of NFC East stalwarts leading the way.

The top contender for Diggs’ services is the Dallas Cowboys, at +1000. After that, the Bills’ receiver’s former offensive coordinator (Brian Daboll) could well arrange a reunion in the Meadowlands, with the New York Giants sitting in a tie with the Chicago Bears at No. 2 at +1200.

Other contenders to land the Bills’ wideout include the Indianapolis Colts (+1750), Carolina Panthers and Houston Texans (+2000 each) and Kansas City Chiefs (+3000). The Chiefs head into Sunday’s Super Bowl with BetMGM New York making them a 2-point and +110 moneyline underdog to the San Francisco 49ers.
